We provide you with a “Home Prep Sheet”. It is recommended that our clients share this with their sellers to ensure the home is in tip-top shape for professional photos.

How soon can Living Proof photograph my property?
We work hard to ensure that we can shoot a property within 1-3 business days from the time you place your order.
What is the turnaround time on photos from the time of the shoot?
We guarantee your photos will be delivered by the end of the following day after your appointment.
Will the photographer help with staging?
We encourage that you and the homeowner make plans ahead of time about the staging of the home. The photographer doesn’t mind helping out here and there, but when it comes to expensive things, we will not touch them.
How do I pay?
You can pay by cash, check or credit card. Unwatermarked photos will not be released until full payment has been cleared.
Will you "photoshop" that out for me?
We keep our prices affordable by not photoshoping anything out or even into a photo. If you or the seller would like something out of the photo, be sure to have it removed before the photo shoot. We do though photoshop a nice sky if it is an overcast day at the time of the shoot at no extra charge!
