HDR Package-Includes as many high definition and meticulously edited photos needed to tell the home's whole story (20+ photos).

-Homes over 3,000-6,000sqft $195
-Homes over 6,000-8,000sqft $245
-Homes over 8,000 sqft call for quote
-AirBnb, VRBO and Homeowners call for quote.
-End of next day turnaround or earlier. Saturday shoots will be delivered Monday.

Matterport 3D Tours
$150 Up to 2,000 Sqft and $50 for every 1,000 Sqft after. Tours are hosted for 1 year then $99 for an additional 1 year.

Social Media Package
This will include 2 4k short form videos shot on our phones w/ gimbals (typically anywhere from 15-30 secs) sometimes with music attached or you will have to choose music in the TikTok/IG app when posting. We will also include the original unedited 4k clips we shoot so you can use and make your own social media posts as well.
This can only be added to another shoot package and will not be done as a stand alone package. Also there will be no revisions to the videos. Edits are final.

Revisit for any reason other than photographer error

If we recommend the cancellation of a photoshoot due to inclement weather and you still want to give it a shot you will be charged a minimum of $145 and charged to shoot the remainder of the session.
